Tiernan Brady is the Global Director of Inclusion at Clifford Chance. Tiernan was Director of the Equality Campaign, the successful Australian marriage equality campaign and Political Director of Yes Equality, the successful Irish campaign for marriage equality – the first two countries to enact marriage equality by public vote. He was policy director of GLEN, the Irish LGBT+ NGO, the Director of Organisation to Irish Deputy Prime Minister (Tánaiste), Mary Coughlan and Mayor of his hometown of Bundoran in Ireland.

Lou Zabbar joined Clifford Chance's Procurement Team in 2019. As a Senior Procurement Manager (SRM & Sustainability), Lou has responsibility for Clifford Chance's Global Supplier Relationship Management and Sustainable Procurement Programmes; ensuring the Firm is making the most of its supplier relationships to uphold ethical business practices and build sustainable economies. In addition to Lou's day-to-day role, she is a member of the Firm's Environment Board and Net Zero Programme, and a Co-Chair of the Firm's Enable network. As an Inclusion Advocate, she has helped to further develop the Firm's approach to disability inclusion and championed the delivery of the Firm's award winning 'Enable: My Lived Experience' campaign. In 2020 she was an integral part of the Clifford Chance Procurement Team that won the 'Outstanding Diversity and Inclusion' category at the CIPS Excellence in Procurement Awards.

Crosby’s career spans across the corporate sector, global NGOs, and social impact entrepreneurism, the common thread is ensuring more people, especially people with disabilities, can thrive economically. She is an accomplished strategist, known for her collaborative approach to large-scale problem solving. Currently, Crosby is the Chief Partnerships Officer for the Valuable 500, and is charged with developing and supporting the Valuable 500 Companies and the organizations partners, committed to advancing disability inclusion. Additionally, she leads community development for Open Inclusion, a DEI customer insights firm based in Europe. In 2007, she joined Walmart in order to design and implement the company’s first national disability platform. She also served as a senior program officer at the Walmart Foundation, where she led Women’s Giving under the Walmart Women’s Economic Empowerment Initiative, creating sustainable career pathways for low-income women. During her time at the Foundation, more than $60M in funding was distributed to programs, for employment training for women. She has been involved in numerous task forces and community outreach organizations for underrepresented communities. She is a development advisor for Mobility International and most often speaks on topics ranging from DEI employment to corporate social responsibility.

Rob Haverty is a Senior Product Manager on the Accessibility team at Adobe primarily focused on Document Cloud. With more than 20 years of accessibility experience Rob as has been involved in many facets of accessibility including product development, technical evangelism, and policy and standards development. Rob has presented at conferences world-wide and has been involved in international accessibility projects such as the UNESCO Inclusive Classroom Project. Prior to coming to Adobe Rob was engaged in accessibility work at Microsoft. Rob has been focused extensively on PDF accessibility during his years at Adobe with the goal of making it easier to create accessible PDF documents frequently providing training on using Acrobat Pro DC to create accessible PDFs.

Hector Minto has worked in the field of Assistive Technology (AT), Alternative Communication (AAC) and Special Educational Needs (SEN) for 25 years, focusing on emerging technology and how to maximize its effectiveness across the wide range of people with physical, learning and sensory disabilities.
Additionally, Hector has worked on multiple UK government focus groups and inquiries into assistive technology and its role in society. Hector’s current role sees him growing awareness on assistive technology inside the largest employers globally and the Microsoft partner network. Working together we are changing expectations for digital inclusion.
