Christie-Lee is a Practice Support Coordinator in the Sydney Litigation & Dispute Resolution team at Clifford Chance. Outside of her role, Christie-Lee has been co-leading the Arcus Australia network (internal LGBTQIA+ network) since 2019. Being one of the only identifying out women at Clifford Chance in Australia, Christie-Lee uses the Arcus network to ensure there is visible representation of out women in the workplace to encourage others to be their true authentic self at all times.

Isabelle is an Associate in the Sydney Corporate team at Clifford Chance. Isabelle started her legal career with Clifford Chance in 2016 and joined the internal Women's Network. In 2019 she became a founding member of the Australian Steering Committee for Accelerate>>>, Clifford Chance's gender parity group, and is an active member in the global Accelerate>>> network. Isabelle focuses on fostering meaningful discussions about gender through Accelerate>>> and encourages a collaborative approach to solving gender inequality – to ensure all genders are committed to action.

Jenny Ratsep (she/her)

Engineering Systems Leader

Jenny is currently the Engineering Systems Leader supporting EnergyAustralia’s power stations, as well as being a co-chair for Prism, EnergyAustralia’s LGBTIQ+ inclusion network. Jenny identifies as a passionate LGBTQIA+ advocate and proud Ace/Aro woman. Jenny is a musician, a gamer, a D&D player and dungeon master, a Lego fan, a reader, a writer and just all round nerd.

Irene is a technology consultant specialising in the delivery of Procurement tools at IBM. Her work in the consulting industry has allowed the opportunity to build a wide network of differing individuals with various experiences and opinions. This has helped to grow her passion for Diversity and Inclusion and start the conversations in both her personal and professional life.

Nadiah Alhadidi (she/her)

Sales Development Manager

Nadiah is a Sales Development Manager at Salesforce with ten years of experience across the healthcare, pharmaceutical and technology industries both locally in Australia and internationally in the Middle East. Growing up with a diverse background has fueled her passion for coaching and empowering early career and diverse populations in both organisations and societies to reach their full potential.

Nadiah’s most recent experience has been coaching early career professionals and females within the LGBTQI+ population or those wanting to understand how to be better leaders.

Growing up in Jordan she was committed to being a positive representative for young women within the LGBTQI+ community, helping them flourish and be resilient in the face of adversity. She is a proud member and advocate for the LGBTQI+ community and a role model for many. She has been involved in the launch of Diversity groups and representation of LGBTQI+ women in leadership roles.

Nadiah’s natural ability to connect and build relationships is contagious and inspiring, creating a sense of belief and hope in others. As a leader herself, she leads from the forefront. She has helped many find their purpose, reach optimal performance, and identify how to best capitalise on their strengths to build their professional brands.

Nadiah also volunteers her spare time as an internal coach within her organisation for leaders seeking to build their leadership and teams. She wins the hearts and minds of people through transparency, authenticity around real-life experiences with adversity and how to bring resilience in the face of setbacks.

Vanessa White (she/her)

Technical Support Engineer
Optus

Vanessa is an experienced Technical Support Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. With over 25 years experience in Telecommunications, she has extensive experience in Designing, Implementing and Supporting Contact Centre solutions. Vanessa is a Subject matter expert in Service Delivery, ITIL and IT Service Management. Vanessa has travelled extensively throughout the southern hemisphere providing technical training for two of the leading Gartner Magic Quadrant Contact Centre Vendors.

Vanessa has a long community background through organisations like the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras and the Aurora Group where she was a committee member of the Women’s committee and the Events Committee respectively. She was Production and Stage Manager for the Women Say Something movement which was founded in 2011 which helped spotlight and network diverse women who all strive to ensure gender equity and opportunity through the sharing of personal stories and support mechanisms.

Vanessa has been a “behind the scenes” driving force in helping HR/D&I Leaders within Optus on the Pride and Diversity council, again volunteering her time to ensure the first and subsequent ‘Wear it Purple’ days were a success. Vanessa is very passionate in ensuring the LGBTQ+ community is represented, and their voices heard at Optus and she has built a solid network of Optus people to work within this key pillar.
