COVID Safety Information

The safety and wellbeing of all our guests at Clifford Chance events is of upmost importance to us.  To ensure that all our guests are comfortable attending our events we have put the following protocols in place.

We are requesting that all our guests take a lateral flow test within 48 hours of attending our event. Whilst we are not requesting proof of a negative test we ask that our guests be mindful of fellow guests and not attend our event if you have not been able to take a test within 48 hours of our event or receive a positive result from a test.

Please do not attend our event if you have any symptoms or are feeling unwell.

A mask must be worn within the venue when moving around.

We will position numerous sanitising stations around the venue.

We have adjusted the fresh air intake to a maximum and extended the run time to ensure we have flooded the building with a much fresh air as possible.

There will be an increased cleaning regime before and during our event undertaken by the in-house cleaning team.

We are reducing the capacity of the venue, so everyone has the ability to social distance where necessary.

We will endeavour to ensure large gangways run throughout the venue to create as much distance and open space for everybody.

Signage will be increased to highlight social distancing and promote good hygiene.

All necessary PPE has been identified and will be worn by all members of staff.

Where possible we are aiming to be as contactless as possible.

We will provide an area where guests can take a break to re-set and relax throughout the event, this will be clearly sign-posted.

Dedicated wellbeing support is available prior to and during our event.
